ABOUT

THE BEHAVIOR TOOLBOX DIFFERENCE

What Is The Behavior Toolbox?

Imagine a world where every individual with neurodiversity and/or developmental disorders is empowered to live their fullest life. That's the future we're building at The Behavior Toolbox. We've redefined Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services with a signature person-centered, naturalistic approach.

Our model is built on the pillars of servitude, ensuring that our support makes a genuine impact; candor, guaranteeing honesty and sincerity in all we do; continuous improvement, or kaizen, to enhance every aspect of our operation; and a focus on improving the quality of life for the individuals and families we serve.

Through our innovative methods, we're not just providing support; we're reshaping what it means to offer help to those who desire it. We aim to influence positive change in our industry, ensuring that "when people know better, they do better".

Join us in creating a world where every intervention is a step towards a more fulfilling life for individuals with developmental disorders and neurodivergent impairments.

Our Philosophy

What is

"Doing ABA the Social Way?"

OUR PHILOSOPHY

Empowering Lives, Naturally:
At the core of our mission, we are passionate about redefining Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services, championing a groundbreaking approach that prioritizes naturalistic, person-centered behavioral support.

We believe in harnessing the power of individual strengths, preferences, and environments to create tailored interventions that resonate deeply with the people we serve.

Our commitment extends beyond traditional methodologies, embracing innovation, compassion, and inclusivity to foster personal growth, autonomy, and well-being.

By bridging the gap between science and empathy, we aim to transform lives, celebrate diversity, and inspire a new standard of care that is both effective and profoundly respectful of the human spirit.

Our therapy programs are designed to be implemented with Natural Environment Training (NET) techniques, as it enhances your child's ability to generalize any acquired skills and allows more opportunities for them to contact reinforcement within the natural environment.

Our Treatment Approach

Meet Our Founder

LaToya Mosby, M.S., BCBA, LBA

Founder and CEO of The Behavior Toolbox, LLC

Throughout my life, I’ve always had a desire to help others, and my eagerness to learn the best way that I could achieve this helped propel me to obtain my Master’s degree in Human Sciences from Prairie View A&M University

Blessed with an opportunity to put my learned skills to work shortly after graduating in 2012, my career in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) began as an in-home ABA therapist for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). This experience inspired me to pursue becoming a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). As such, I obtained my BCBA certification in 2017, and eventually decided to start my own practice, The Behavior Toolbox, LLC, in 2020.

Throughout my career, I’ve gained knowledge in providing ABA services to children, young adults and geriatric individuals with ASD, as well as other diagnoses including intellectual disabilities, Schizophrenia, Alzheimer’s, Bi-Polar Disorder, and General Anxiety Disorder. I am experienced in treating families and individuals who need support with Social and Adaptive Skills, Communication Delays, Challenging/Disruptive Behaviors, Parent Training, Social Groups, Comprehensive and Focused ABA Therapy, BCBA/BCaBA Supervision, and IEP Support/Consultations

Helping others to become the best version of themselves is a strong passion of mine, and providing exceptional therapy that is socially significant to the individuals I work with makes every moment worth while!

Join us at The Behavior ToolBox, LLC, and let’s work towards improving the quality of your life one day at a time.
